Dr. Sagafi grew up in Brookline where she attended Brookline High School. From there she continued on to Boston University for her Bachelor degrees in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and French. Her journey to become a four time Boston University Graduate continued with her interest to stay local for her dental training. She completed her doctorate training in 2003 at Boston University School of Dental Medicine and followed that with an Advanced Education in Graduate Dentistry residency for one year. Most recently she completed a two year residency in Orthodontics, achieving a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies and fulfilling her goal to become a specialist in that discipline. In her practice she treats both children and adult populations using the latest modalities including invisalign and orthodontic implants.
Her love for the field has also inspired her to teach the art and science of orthodontics as a guest lecturer at Boston University and Tufts University graduate departments.
Outside of her professional work, Dr.Sagafi enjoys skiing, photography and traveling tremendously. Partly as a result of the latter, she has become fluent in several languages including spanish.
